Sometimes if you are a small business, you might not have the room to hold meetings. If you work from home, you may just need space somewhere away from your own property -consultants or sales people for example. Or, you might be a local or national group that needs somewhere central to meet. Our meeting/training room and client room is geared up specifically for this purpose. The rooms are light and airy, the furniture modern and comfortable and we’ll look after you from the day you contact us and make a booking. We will look after your guests like they are our own and, we can provide back up for you by arranging your meetings, confirming them, and following them up for you if you need us to (please ask for details about this service).

Meeting/Training Room

Our ultra-modern training/meeting room is ideal for meetings of 8 people or less. Set up in a board room style with very comfortable chairs, it can either be used for formal or informal meetings.
The large multi-paned window looks out on to a courtyard allowing natural daylight to pour in, but with complete privacy as there are no ’neighbours’ windows to worry about.
The room has a whiteboard, flipchart and in-room colour printer. Free internet access, either wireless or networked, is available as part of the room hire. We also provide lots of stationery stuff as standard, just in case.
And as part of our committed customer service policy, we’ll also throw in complimentary coffee/tea and biscuits… just because.

- £50 per ½ day (3½ hours)
- £80 per full day (7 hours)
Should you require a sandwich lunch, this can easily be provided. Please speak to us about this at time of booking.
If you have any special requirements for your meeting which are not mentioned above, please ask us and we will try and arrange them for you.
Client Room

Our bright, cosy client room is ideal for 1-1 meetings, or meetings with 2 or 3 people.
Situated at the end of our wood panelled corridor, providing the utmost privacy, it is perfect for Life Coaches, businesses wishing to hold interviews off-site or sole traders who could do with borrowing some space for the day. It is perfect for either formal or informal meetings. Everyone who has used it so far has loved it!
At one side of the room there are two comfortable chairs, a standard lamp and a coffee table, handmade by a local carpenter, for informal, more relaxed meetings. At the other side there is a glass-topped desk which can be used for more formal meetings.
Complimentary coffee/tea and biscuits are part of our committed customer service policy.
